What To Bring To Your Ketamine Infusion

In this video, Dr Wells lists things that might be useful to bring to your ketamine infusion and what we already have in the clinic.

Watch the video and see the summary below.

Preparing For Your Appointment

Each office visit for a ketamine infusion typically takes about an hour and half, and includes some paperwork, a consultation, and the infusion itself. You can take steps to take steps to prepare for your visit to be as comfortable as possible, and you may want to bring a few things with you:

What we have already

  • Coffee for support-people or for after your infusion

What you may want to bring

Although we have everything you need for a ketamine infusion in-clinic, some patients find it more comfortable to bring their personal items from home.

  • A comfort item, such as a stuffed animal
  • An eye mask
  • Music

  • Personal medication that is taken after treatment
