Everyday Exercises for Mental Health

Everyday Exercises for Mental Health

Spend 30 minutes every day to maintain your mental health. Here are some exercises you can try.

Just as you need to put in work every day to maintain your physical health, you should invest at least half an hour every day for your mental health. We encourage you to rotate through different mental health exercises until you find some that are comforting and some that feel challenging — just as you would approach physical exercise.

The point of these exercises is to grow emotionally, spiritually, and to grow your resilience. If you try dedicating time to work on your metal health every day for a few weeks, you’ll likely feel that your mental health is well worth the time spent.

Here are some of the activities and exercises you can do during that half an hour.
